Position Overview:
Reporting to the VP of Sales, Head of International, EMEA, this role involves direct communication with leadership and resources to support customer onboarding, operational improvements, customer success, and issue resolution. The role supports pre- and post-sales activities and plays a key role in business reviews of key customers. Building and closing opportunities across the EMEA Enterprise segment is crucial for growth, making relationship-building with the sales team vital.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as a trusted advisor and sales operations lead to field sales and leadership in EMEA, acting as a bridge between sales and operations to drive customer success.
* Develop, track, and manage forecast processes, performance analysis, and KPIs to ensure forecast accuracy for the VP and Head of International.
* Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams for annual planning, including sales capacity, territory management, compensation plan design, and quota setting.
* Lead pipeline performance analysis to ensure quality, identify concerns, and share best practices, providing actionable feedback to improve sales analytics and reporting.
* Implement best practices and standardize sales processes for scalability and repeatability.
* Ensure alignment of the Sales team with overall company objectives and priorities.
* Use data and qualitative insights to drive business decisions and optimize performance.
* Structure and evaluate business problems, design recommendations, and track success metrics.
* Define programs to promote new business, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with customer success teams.
* Align and drive strategic initiatives from Sales leadership to improve sales performance.
* Maintain effectiveness during major changes by exploring benefits, trying new approaches, and collaborating with others.
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations, with proven success in operational excellence and continuous improvement.
* Superior organizational and analytical skills.
* Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and execute effectively.
* Experience in multinational organizations is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Finance is a plus.
