New openings have arisen which will appeal to qualified solicitors and chartered legal executives at 2-5 years' PQE.
Forming part of a successful and well-structured insurance liability team in Manchester, you will be engaged in a rewarding caseload of largely EL and PL matters.
You will be involved in all aspects of the case and typical responsibilities and duties will include investigating liability, assessing merits, quantifying loss, conducting litigation, trial preparations, and/or reaching settlement. While not exhaustive, you will be engaged in:
1. Managing your own caseload
2. Assisting lead partners on complex cases
With previous experience of litigated and defended cases, you will have the responsibility of managing your own caseload while also assisting lead partners on complex cases.
