Our client, a small and friendly company based in Rugby, are looking for an Administrator to join their busy team. This role will suit someone with some experience with administration and a great attention to detail.
The key responsibilities for an Administrator:
* Answering the phone and dealing with general queries
* Dealing with email enquiries and ensuring that anything that needs to be actioned is done in a timely, attentive manner
* Preparing data and entering onto a system
* Communicating with customers, chasing responses and sending annual audit reminders
* Reconciling payments, raising invoices and chasing payments
* Dealing with collections and deliveries
The requirements for an Administrator:
* Experience in an admin-based role
* Comfortable communicating over the phone
* Knowledge of Xero would be advantageous
* Good working knowledge of MS Office
* Excellent attention to detail is essential
* Good at prioritising and multitasking
* Highly productive and organised
* Positive attitude and easy to get on with
