About the role: Participate in activities designed to meet the emotional, physical and learning needs of individual children and groups of children, including those with SEND Contribute to the monitoring and delivery of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) Monitor CYP’s responses to learning activities and encourage them to take an interest in their own learning Develop and maintain effective relationships with individual CYP and groups to ensure that they achieve learning targets About you: Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills, relevant to the post NVQ 2 or willingness to undertake NVQ2 EYFS/Primary training and/or experience Experience of working with SEND children Good behaviour management skills Relevant experience of supporting children with emotional, physical or learning needs Working with Long Term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
