Investor Relations Assistant
£35,000 + discretionary bonus | London (Hybrid: 4 days office, 1 day remote)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to become the primary point of contact for their valued clients. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, luxury hospitality, concierge roles, or as a personal assistant, and are eager to transition into the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact, managing client enquiries and providing exceptional service.
* Coordinate new investor onboarding, including compliance with KYC/AML requirements.
* Assist in preparing monthly and annual investor reports.
* Organise investor meetings and events, handling all logistics.
* Produce and distribute marketing materials, maintain the company website, social media channels, and data rooms.
Essential Qualifications:
* 2-3 years administrative experience.
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and organisational tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and discretion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
* Interest in learning about the asset management industry.
