Permanent contract | £12,792 to £13,634.50 per annum (Scale E) | 18.5 hours per week | St James Health Centre, Kings Lynn
Working hours: AM shifts are 7am to 2.30pm, PM shifts are 2.30pm to 9pm
Week 1: Friday PM
Week 2: Monday PM, Tuesday PM, Friday AM, Saturday PM, and Sunday PM
Role Overview
As a Reablement Support Worker (Swift), you will assist people with daily activities such as personal care, meal and drink preparation, and medication, aiming to help them regain independence.
Norfolk Swift Response provides 24/7 unplanned social care services to adults in Norfolk, including support for uninjured fallers and personal care needs. Workers typically visit clients in teams of two.
Candidate Requirements
Both experienced social care workers and newcomers are encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided.
