This is an exciting time to be joining us as a Registered Nurse, where you will play a crucial role in achieving these outcomes and making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.
In this role, you will work closely with teams and patients’ loved ones to provide comprehensive, person-centred care for those nearing the end of life. This includes conducting holistic assessments, developing advance care and treatment escalation plans, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care is implemented, evaluated, and tailored to the needs of both patients and those important to them.

What we’re looking for:
* Registered Nurse on NMC Register
* Experience in a relevant care setting, ideally in palliative/End of Life care
* Be person-centred and compassionate when caring for the person and those important to them
* Ability to develop and evaluate care management plans alongside other healthcare professionals that meets the complex needs of the person, and those important to them
* Proven understanding of the barriers and enablers to good communication and how challenges can be overcome
* Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
* Flexibility to provide care in the area with the most need
