Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations, from opening and closing to cashing up
* Lead team briefings and set the standard for excellent service
* Support and develop the team to deliver a top-notch guest experience
* Handle customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels
* Manage rotas, training, recruitment, and menu development
* Take ownership of P&L, drive revenue, and control costs
* Implement and refine SOPs to keep operations running smoothly
* Contribute to the restaurant’s success and future growth
