Role Overview As a Secondary Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons for students in year 7 through to year 11, adapting your teaching to meet diverse learning needs and helping students reach their potential. This Secondary Teacher role offers the chance to inspire and contribute positively to students’ education and personal growth at every stage of their secondary school experience. Responsibilities Develop and deliver inspiring lessons across years 7 to 11, covering the secondary curriculum. Support individual student needs, adapting lessons to varying abilities. Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to foster a positive learning environment. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback. Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching at the secondary level, with a strong subject knowledge for Years 7 to 11. Ability to inspire and engage students with a creative teaching approach. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
