Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager (ACHT 5-Bed Home)
Location: Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands
Salary: Basic salary £42,500 - £46,500, with performance-related bonuses increasing total potential earnings to £66,500 - £70,500.
Relocation Bonus: Up to £5,000 for candidates willing to relocate.

About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will:
1. Lead and develop a skilled team to deliver high-quality care for children with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
2. Provide a therapeutic environment that enables children to thrive and feel at home.
3. Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, aiming for "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings.
4. Manage all aspects of the home, from budgets to safeguarding, creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space.

About You
To excel in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential care for children, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
2. NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce.
3. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
4. A proven track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings in recent Ofsted inspections.
