Are you an experienced Finance Assistant and available to commit to a minimum 3 month temporary role?
We are delighted to be working in partnership with this successful family-owned house builder as they look to add further support to their finance team based in Rosyth.
This is a fast paced role working with a high volume purchase ledger so it is vital to add extra support as they approach their financial year end.
Key skills this role are looking for include:
* Experience in high volume purchase ledger processing including 3 way matching and supplier statement reconciliations.
* Proficient at bank reconciliations.
* Proficient at double entry book keeping.
* Proficient at general ledger reconciliations.
* Experience of preparing management accounts would be advantageous.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Excellent IT skills and proficient with Excel.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience of ERP systems and knowledge of the construction sector would be beneficial although not strictly necessary.
This role has a full time working pattern of Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm and would suit someone who can commit to the duration of the contract with immediate / quick availability.
