Duties & Responsibilities
This role is varied and will require you to work on a part-time permanent basis Monday - Friday 9am-2pm (this can be flexible but you're needed 5 days a week in the office). This company manufactures smaller versions of performance cars which are used as actual off-road vehicles or as statement pieces of art in homes or commercial venues.
You'll be responsible for:
* Checking in and greeting all visitors into the offices/workshop.
* Helping to roll out and keep on top of changes in health & safety.
* Booking meeting rooms.
* Ensuring all maintenance work (plumbing, guttering etc) is scheduled out to the relevant contractors.
* Approving invoices for payment.
* Supporting and organising events such as school visits, open days and work experience.
* Ad hoc team travel arrangements.
* Delivering 3 staff events per year.
* Managing senior leadership expenses.
