Your New Role
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
- Carry out Reactive and emergency tasks and complete the associated paperwork.
- Ability to produce permit to work/risk assessments as required.
- Identify and action any faults/remedial works in conjunction with the Helpdesk.
- Use handheld technology effectively to carry out all tasks.
- Assist other team members when required or as directed by Supervisor/Manager.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed within the contractual time scales.
- Work with visiting sub-contractors regarding the standard of work and Health and Safety.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- City & Guilds Level or equivalent in relevant disciplines to the role.
- 18th Edition Qualification.
- Commercial Electrical Experience – working in commercial environments.
- Experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment, including boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, batteries, small power, and lighting (where applicable).
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
- Strong customer care focus.
