Join our dynamic Cloud Sales Center team where you'll shape the future of cloud technology sales by nurturing and developing emerging talent. In this impactful role, you'll design and implement innovative development programs whilst building early career professionals into successful sellers that contribute to AWS's growth across EMEA.
About the Team: We are a collaborative team dedicated to fostering the next generation of cloud sales professionals. Our mission centres on creating inclusive learning environments where early career talent can thrive and grow. We partner closely with various business units to provide comprehensive development opportunities and build strong foundations for successful careers in cloud technology.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Coach and support a team of early career professionals developing into full sales cycle roles.
2. Achieve team performance goals while maintaining high service standards.
3. Create and share comprehensive business updates with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Design and implement comprehensive talent development strategies for early career professionals.
5. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and internal stakeholders.
A Day in the Life: You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to enhance talent development programs, mentor emerging professionals, and effectively build sales professionals. Your day might include driving the team towards Sales pipeline goals, providing thoughtful feedback to team members, analyzing program effectiveness and building long-term talent strategies, and strategizing with university recruiting and HR partners to strengthen our talent pipeline.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
2. 5+ years experience in technology sales, business development, or operations.
3. 3+ years experience in coaching or mentoring professionals.
4. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and design business processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience leading teams in a results-focused environment.
2. Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and services.
3. Strong track record of stakeholder collaboration and relationship building.
4. Experience in developing and implementing learning programs.
5. Advanced degree in relevant field.
