Key Job Responsibilities
1. Design and implement comprehensive talent development strategies for early career professionals
2. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and internal stakeholders
3. Guide and support team members through their professional development journey
4. Analyse program metrics and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
5. Create innovative approaches to enhance learning and development initiatives
A Day in the Life
You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to enhance talent development programs, mentor emerging professionals, and create engaging learning experiences. Your day might include facilitating training sessions, providing thoughtful feedback to team members, analysing program effectiveness, and strategizing with university partners to strengthen our talent pipeline.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
2. 5+ years experience in technology sales, business development, or operations
3. 3+ years experience in coaching or mentoring professionals
4. Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and design business processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience leading teams in a results-focused environment
2. Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and services
3. Strong track record of stakeholder collaboration and relationship building
4. Experience in developing and implementing learning programs
5. Advanced degree in relevant field
