The individual will work closely with various teams, ISPs, and stakeholders to monitor project overlaps, pre-requisites, dependencies, and technical considerations, preventing bottlenecks and ensuring continuity across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Act as a central coordination point across multiple network-related workstreams, including ISP engagements, wireless deployments, and various network infrastructure projects. Identify and track project overlaps, interdependencies, and pre-requisites to avoid conflicts and ensure seamless execution. Work closely with engineers, PMs, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely resolution of technical blockers. Maintain an overview of all active network-related projects, ensuring cross-functional communication and collaboration. Facilitate technical discussions between teams to surface and resolve dependencies before they become blockers. Maintain documentation and tracking systems to ensure visibility of progress, dependencies, and potential risks. Key Requirements: Strong technical background in network engineering (understanding of networking principles, ISPs, wireless deployments, and enterprise network infrastructures). Experience working in a highly technical, fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects. Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to track and manage interdependencies effectively. Experience in liaising with vendors, ISPs, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across different technical workstreams. Strong ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks and technical roadblocks. Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Previous experience in a network project coordination or technical operations role (not hands-on engineering or design but with deep technical awareness). Ability to work onsite in Cambridge as required. Familiarity with project tracking tools and methodologies, though not expected to act as a PM. Desirable Skills: Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple ongoing network projects. Understanding of ITIL processes and change management best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically adept individual with a networking background who excels in high-volume coordination and project oversight.
