As a company that continues to expand its Town Planning services, they are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to support and lead a team of planners in a brand new office. Our client is an established and well-respected consultancy with a diverse portfolio of clients and projects. With a strong presence in the industry, they are now dedicated to further enhancing their Town Planning offering and extending their reach across the UK. We are looking for a seasoned Town Planning expert with a strong network of connections and a familiarity with the North West area. This role will be based in Manchester.
As a Planning Partner, you will bring your expertise in leading major residential and/or infrastructure projects. We are looking for candidates who have already operated at a Director level or an Associate Director who is ready to step up to a leadership role. Experience in managing a team and developing strategies for business growth is highly desirable. While previous experience in setting up a new office or team from scratch would be beneficial, it is not essential for this role. We encourage applicants from all planning backgrounds, as the consultancy operates across a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, sport, and renewables.
The Planning Partner role offers an attractive package, including a competitive starting salary in the range of £80k, commensurate with experience.
