We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through the implementation of quality control processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering quality.
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing and coordinating the business response to customer complaints, non-productive time incidents, audit findings, net promoter score surveys and other issues requiring investigations and continuous improvement.
2. Identifying and supporting the implementation of process and product improvement actions.
3. Liaising with peers and management across functions to ensure lessons learned are effectively implemented.
4. Driving business and process improvement initiatives.
5. Supporting internal and external audit activities, both as auditor and as auditee.
6. Supporting maintenance of the local Quality Management System.
7. Reporting quality Key Performance Indicators and trends to management.

To be successful in this role you will:
8. Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED or proven experience in a similar role.
9. Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies.
10. Experience with quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.)
11. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
