In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, fostering and maintaining strong relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and cross-selling a variety of products to both new and existing clients to achieve long term success. Responsibilities: Manage the portfolio of sales accounts to achieve long term business aims. Management of top spend customers within the brand portfolio. Develop positive relationships by offering great customer service to each account. Generate new business using existing accounts and leads from marketing activity. Resolve customer queries in a timely manner by engaging the full team. Report on the status of accounts and sales activity. Monitor agreed sales metrics to spot trends and influence future activity. Provide ideas to improve commercial and overall company performance. Contribute to growth of the commercial team and the business as a whole. Requirements: Experience in an electrical or manufacturing sales role would be an advantage, but not a necessity. Hands on experience delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills Good organisational skills. Understanding of sales performance metrics. PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sage Accounts. BA degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant field desirable
