Service Administrator- temp to permanent for the right candidate
TORMAX UK require a Service administrator for Maternity cover initially - the role will require the taking of customer calls - Telephone and email - booking calls onto to systems and allocating engineers for attendance, once visit completed closing down on system and invoicing client. Planning engineer work loads with reactive and planned maintenance visits. Providing clients with follow on quotations and relevant documentation.
Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook ) required. Previous experience preferred - training on systems used will be provided
