This is a great opening for a Customer Service Assistant who would be keen to obtain a position with a progressive Company where there will be the opportunity to progress.
Some of your duties will include:
1. Managing a wide range of enquiries and providing information on products and services provided.
2. Assisting with processing client sales orders from instigation stage through to successful delivery.
3. Monitoring stock levels and placing purchase orders with suppliers for new stock requirements.
4. Ensuring any delivery issues are fully investigated and escalated to senior management team if necessary.
5. Logging details of all calls managed on a daily basis on computer system along with action taken.
6. Managing client database records and recording details of all contact made.
