Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm, with an early finish on Friday at 1.00pm.

Hourly Rate: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour, permanent salary £25,000 - £27,000

Our client, a leading engineering organisation, is seeking two talented Cable Assemblers to join their dynamic team. With over 50 years of experience in the industry, our client is a renowned manufacturer of electrical and cable assembly products. Working with prestigious clients in Motorsport, Medical, and Defence, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions.
As a Cable Assembler, you will play a crucial role in cutting, crimping, and stripping cables, as well as soldering. With your excellent dexterity and steady hand, you will ensure precision and accuracy in your work. If you have experience soldering and are looking to expand your skillset, our client will provide training for you to achieve IPC-620 accreditation.
Joining their close-knit and friendly team, you will enjoy an attractive working environment in their modern facility. Located in Worthing, West Sussex, the facility is easily accessible with on-site parking and excellent transport links. Working full time on a Monday to Thursday schedule from 8.00am to 5.00pm, with an early finish on Fridays at 1.00pm, you will have a great work-life balance.
