Description
* Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
* Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support.
* Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
* Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
* Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
* Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
* Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
* Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps.
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Analyst should have:
* ACCA or CIMA qualified.
* Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting.
* Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications.
* Understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
* Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
* Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information.
