Pay: 21 per hr + company van
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity: 21 per hour on a temp basis, moving to 36,000 per year when permanent

Are you an experienced Roofer / Multi-Trader looking for a rewarding temp-to-perm role with the stability of a full-time salary? We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Roofer / Multi-Trader to join a well-established company working on social housing contracts.
As the Roofer / Multi-Trader, you will enjoy:
1. 21 per hr during the temp period (self-employed or PAYE)
2. A permanent salary of up to 36,000 upon successful placement

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Roof repair, maintenance, and installation
2. General property maintenance within social housing properties
3. Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction in occupied residences
Requirements:
1. Experience in roofing and multi-trade tasks (bathroom fitting experience preferred)
2. Previous experience in social housing maintenance preferred
