The purpose of this position is to administer a limited portfolio of Fund structures in conjunction with the Senior Manager.
You will act as the first point of contact for a limited number of fund structures within a team, coordinate legal, tax, and other professional advice, and attend and run client board meetings and shareholders meetings, as well as review minutes of those meetings.
You will ensure the preparation, review, distribution, and filing of periodic financial statements on a timely basis and in accordance with regulatory guidelines, assist with billing information for clients including analysis of time spent, manage aged debtors, and supervise and assist in the training and development of staff.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Post qualification experience in a financial services environment.
2. Relevant professional qualification (CGI Diploma level or equivalent).
3. Strong understanding of the local regulatory framework.
4. Exposure to the Guernsey Funds industry (transferable skills from another area of Financial Services will be considered).
5. People management experience.
6. Evidence of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship.
