We believe that certain skills are essential to be successful in this role and these are detailed below. You may not have all the other skills we have outlined as desirable; we understand that and will still welcome your application.
We will carry out individual interviews for shortlisted candidates and assess who is best suited for the role after we have discussed everything with you.

6. Understand our People data and analytics and be able to report on key People metrics, helping to drive data-driven decision making.

8. Ensure People policies and procedures are following relevant laws and regulations and keep up to date with People best practices.
9. Analyse employee feedback, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
10. Promote a culture of wellbeing, ensuring managers are equipped to support mental health, work-life balance, and team morale.
11. Proven experience as a People Business Partner in a fast-paced environment.
12. Analytical skills with the ability to use HR data for strategic decision-making.
