Job Summary
The role for S4/Hana Treasury will drive successful business process improvement and technical resolution of emerging treasury issues and requests. The analyst will partner with business subject matter experts and managers in the areas of Treasury, Financial Planning, Source-to-Settle, and Order-to-Cash.
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
* SAP Treasury Technology Landscape: Deeply understand the SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) technology landscape, including its modules, functionalities, and integrations, and how it directly impacts client business operations. Possess hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP TRM solutions across diverse client environments.
* Client Interaction and Solution Delivery: Engage directly with clients to thoroughly understand their treasury business requirements and translate them into effective SAP TRM solutions. Provide expert consultation and drive the technical execution of SAP TRM implementations, encompassing solution design, configuration, testing, and ongoing support.
* Core Treasury Functionality Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on expertise in configuring and managing SAP TRM modules, including Transaction Management, Hedge Accounting, Cash and Liquidity Management, and Market and Risk Analyzer.
* Third-Party Treasury Software Integration: Practical experience in integrating SAP TRM with leading third-party treasury software, such as FX ALL, TPI, FINASTRA, CLEARWATER, ICD, and BLOOMBERG. Experience with API and other connection methods.
* Operational Treasury Processes: Hands-on experience in ensuring the smooth operation of critical treasury processes, including Liquidity Management, Cash Application, Bank Statement Processing, SWIFT Integration, In-House Cash (IHC), and Loan Processing.
* Governance and Compliance: Support the governance of business partner, bank management, and signature authority processes within SAP TRM. Experience with audit trails, and compliance reporting.
* Accounts Payable/Receivable Integration: Hands-on experience in configuring, testing, and supporting the integration of SAP TRM with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for efficient cash application.
* Bank Statement Integration: In-depth understanding and practical experience in configuring bank statement formats (MT940/MT941/MT942) to ensure seamless integration with SAP TRM.
* Multi-Bank Connectivity: Knowledge and practical experience in implementing SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC) with integration to SWIFT products.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business subject matter experts, as well as senior and executive leadership in treasury. Experience in training end users.
* Treasury Reporting and Analysis: Expertise in designing and generating comprehensive treasury management reports for Global Cash Visibility, Daily Global Cash Positioning, and Categorization of Flows. Experience with SAP analytics tools related to treasury data.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field or relevant professional experience, education, and training.
Qualification:
* Solid experience in delivering Enterprise level SAP Treasury solutions including S/4 experience.
* Hands-on experience in SAP Treasury and Bank Communication is a must.
* Proficiency in Treasury Transaction Manager, Hedge and Risk Management, Cash and Liquidity Management, Bank Reconciliation, In-House-Cash, Money Market integration, Investments, and loans.
* Experience with DMEE configuration, I-DOC, XML, BAI2, MT940, CAMT53/54 and other Bank file formats.
* Interface experience with treasury service providers and SWIFT.
