Associate Account Manager - Hybrid in Winnersh and Sheffield - ARD1048869
Are you target driven and want a sales career within the Insurance Industry? Then come join us as an Associate Account Manager within our friendly team based in Reading or Sheffield.
Joining us as an Associate Account Manager you’ll work just 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, no weekends! No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training! Once you’re feeling confident and your training is complete, the role will become hybrid, where you’ll have the option to work from home 2 days of your working week. So, what does the role of an Associate Account Manager here involve?
* Provide great customer service to new and existing customers by phone and email. Attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly, and a positive attitude are a must.
* Take personal responsibility for lead generation for our field-based sales consultants.
* Meet and exceed daily and monthly business targets and KPIs by maximizing business and service opportunities.
* Generate new prospects for your own account book daily and conduct market research on all leads to develop them to a warm status.
* Enjoy working in a team, as we work hard, help and support each other, and are driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives.
