The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving campaign and marketing activity from creation to execution, in line with the overall strategy and business goals.
The role will be varied and support across a broad range of channels, initiatives and markets, including trade marketing, social, influencer, PR, events and campaign management.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and overseeing marketing campaigns and initiatives in line with the overall marketing and brand strategy, to help achieve business goals and drive brand awareness.
* Leading on research efforts across the market to help inform marketing campaigns. Managing insights surveys and sharing results with wider team to inform business decisions, campaigns and messaging.
* Briefing, developing and managing campaign content and promotional material for use across a variety of channels.
* Communicating and coordinating with internal stakeholders and distributors regarding marketing campaigns to ensure consistent, successful and optimal execution.
* Tracking and analysing performance of campaigns and activity to measure effectiveness and optimising to ensure a sound ROI.
* Development and execution of trade marketing initiatives to support the retail promo calendar and sell thru.
* Optimisation of D2C digital activity such as website, paid ad creative and CRM schedules to improve KPIs such as Open rate, CTR, conversion and bounce rate.
* Briefing of PR agencies to ensure we’re maximising coverage of all marketing activity and that coverage/impressions targets are being met.
* Supporting Social and Activations Manager with Influencer, UGC and social content to ensure consideration of campaign and promo activity within the plan.
* Building and maintaining strategic relationships with retailers, agencies and key stakeholders.
* Supporting on the launch of NPD and the creation of marketing plans to support it’s success across all marketplaces.
* Managing and monitoring the marketing budget appropriately.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
* Strong numerical and analytical skills to make sense of marketing metrics and make informed decisions
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Familiarity with the latest marketing tools and technologies
* Enjoys working in a dynamic work environment full of challenge.
* Ability to stay up to date with the latest industry trends and developments
* Strong attention to detail and outstanding organisation skills
* Ability to think innovatively and commercially.
