We are looking for a highly skilled SIA Licensed individual to join our team to be a visible deterrent by patrolling the estate and proactively reporting incidents. You will be a first line responder to security and emergency incidents, proactively engage with estate users and support the operations of the security team and clients business. A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential Must be minimum 25 years old - Insurance Purposes Full UK Driving License Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards What are you going to do: Ensure a vehicle handover is completed at the end of every shift and that both outgoing and oncoming mobile security officers are in agreement in regard to the vehicles cleanliness and state of handover Be the first responder to incidents on site such as first aid, fire alarms or any other anomaly reported by the Control Room Security Officers Ensure all keys and equipment are accounted for and documented in the vehicle handover Ensure the perimeters and other zonal areas are patrolled in accordance with site procedures, reporting any findings both in DOB and where needed.
