Commissioning and Maintenance Engineer
Emergency Lighting
Location: Bristol
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Company vehicle
My client, a well-established brand within emergency lighting systems, is looking for an experienced Lighting Service Engineer based around the M4 corridor. The role involves visiting sites throughout the South-Central part of the UK, commissioning and maintaining emergency lighting systems in a wide range of locations.
Responsibilities:
1. Commissioning and maintaining emergency lighting systems.
2. Visiting various sites across the South-Central UK.
Qualifications:
1. Qualified electrician (City & Guilds 2391 and/or 18th Edition 2382).
2. On-site technical service experience.
3. Background in lighting maintenance, wired, wireless, and Dali commissioning.
4. Willingness to complete further education if partially qualified.
You should have the drive to succeed, be both professional and reliable, and want to work for a forward-thinking organisation that prioritizes quality engineering service over quantity. A good handover period will be provided, with hands-on training by the incumbent to ensure you are fully aware of the job role and responsibilities.
A full driving license is essential, and you may occasionally be required to stay away from home.
