Located in Didcot, Oxfordshire, our newly-built care home provides exceptional Nursing, Residential, Dementia, and Respite care for 70 residents.
Care Assistant Contract Dayshift or Nightshift
* £11.44 per hour
* Up to 42 hours per week
* Shift Times: Dayshift 8am-8pm or Nightshift 8pm-8am
* 5.6 weeks annual leave (Full-time equivalent)

What You'll Do:
* Provide Compassionate Care: Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
* Support Daily Activities: Assist with personal care, meal support, and mobility, all tailored to each resident's individual needs.
* Create a Positive Environment: Foster a warm and engaging atmosphere where residents feel valued and connected.
* Work as a Team: Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and efficient care environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred but not essential.
* Experience: Ideally, at least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant. However, we welcome applicants with transferable skills and a passion for elderly care.
* Passion: A genuine interest in elderly care and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
