You possess excellent communication skills, both in English and Welsh (preferably), and are committed to making a positive impact in your community. What the Job Involves As a Community Employment Mentor, you will provide intensive, personalized mentoring to participants facing barriers to employment. You will manage a caseload, develop action plans, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to promote and support participants' transition into employment. Working as part of an integrated team, you will deliver outreach interventions, prepare individuals for training, and support sustained employment. This role requires flexibility, including occasional evenings and weekend work. Skills Degree or relevant qualification in a related field Experience in community work or employability Understanding of employment and benefit issues Excellent time management and organizational skills Comprehensive IT skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to prioritize workload and work independently Understanding of confidentiality and data protection Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups Commitment to equality, diversity, and customer care Fluency in English; Welsh language proficiency desirable
