We currently have an exciting opportunity with our client in Westbury, who are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team.
This role involves overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing, optimising brand websites, and working with internal and external teams to enhance our client’s market presence.
We offer flexible working arrangements on successful completion of probation period in a hybrid position.
Duties:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional calendars, and customer acquisition plans to drive revenue from new and existing customers.
2. Manage promotional activities, oversee content production, and drive revenue growth from new and existing customers.
3. Oversee brand websites, ensuring excellent UX/UI and conversion rates, effective SEO strategy, page optimisation, product listings, and continuous improvements.
4. Maintain and optimise various sales platforms, such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, and others, ensuring product listings are up-to-date, SEO is effective, and promotional activities are executed successfully.
5. Lead the content team to produce engaging content for social media, optimise SEO, and generate both paid and organic campaigns across all relevant channels.
6. Work with external agencies to ensure that email campaigns, PPC initiatives, and sales promotions are aligned with business goals and perform effectively.
7. Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality brand, sales, and marketing assets for various channels, including TV, B2B partners, distributors, and D2C.
8. Manage and inspire the marketing/content team, providing guidance, feedback, and clear objectives to ensure the successful implementation of strategies.
9. Analyse customer insights, market conditions, competitor activities, and sales performance, providing actionable reports to improve our market positioning.
10. Provide high-quality content to support all areas of the business, ensuring that all requests are delivered in a timely and consistent manner.
11. Consistently identify new revenue opportunities and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
12. Deliver timely reports and insights, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar sales and marketing role, preferably within the beauty industry.
2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media strategy, and UX/UI principles.
3. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
4. Experience managing teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
5. Strong communication and leadership skills.
6. Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, TripleWhale, Klaviyo, Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller Central etc.).
7. Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience interpreting key marketing and sales metrics.
Pay:
Competitive salary based on experience (£40,000 – £45,000 per annum)
