What We Offer: Full Time 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm) Fixed Term Contract - 6 months Salary £32,547 per annum Location: 28-31 Deneside, Great Yarmouth, NR30 3AX (Please note, drivers licence and access to vehicle is essential for this role, mileage is paid at 45p per mile for cars after your home to work base mileage is deducted). The Role The role will be responsible for appraising, improving, and developing the REST hub and community network to meet Norfolk and Waveney Minds ambition of ensuring no one faces mental health alone through recovery focused interventions in the Community and REST hub. Core Responsibilities • Coordinate and promote operational activities and services offered through the Adult Community Support Service and the REST Great Yarmouth hub. • Manage and supervise the Adult Community Support Service team • Ensure the triage telephone service at the REST hub is staffed efficiently to deal with all incoming calls, emails in the appropriate manner and the reinstating of the Help Me service on the NWM website. • Coordinate the function of the REST hub reception ensuring it is staffed effectively during all hub opening hours • Manage and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives and priorities; recommend and implement resulting priorities and procedures To be considered for this role candidates need to; - Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience - Have experience of successfully leading and supervising a team supporting people, and/or their families and carers. - Experience of leading and managing a team across a wide geographical area. - Experience of collaboration and creating partnerships with external organisations, the VCSE sector, with volunteers and small community groups. - Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and regulations - Awareness of good financial management of services Please refer to the job description for more information - JD East Hub Manager.pdf Should you wish to discuss the role in more detail, please contact [email protected] Interview Date to be confirmed We may close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
