HollandGreen is a renowned Design Practice with associated entities, including Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Design, and Project Management. Due to recent exciting growth, we are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Senior Architect to join our team and lead projects across the RIBA work stages from concept to completion. The successful candidate will be expected to lead the design team across multiple high-end projects in the Studio and will be supported to grow and develop within the company as they help build the profile and brand that is HollandGreen.
Lead projects and coordinate the design team from concept to completion
Deliver architectural projects of the highest quality with sustainability at the core
Contribute to the profitability of the Practice by delivering projects on time and to budget
Build highly detailed 3D models in ArchiCAD using survey information
Produce drawings and supporting documents for client presentations and planning applications
Visit and oversee works on-site and provide support to Project Leaders on construction information and contract administration
You will be guided by senior members of staff, and will be expected to support the wider company by delivering a portfolio of internal projects to help improve quality and efficiency. We also expect the successful candidate to help deliver new projects by meeting new clients and developing new business leads.
ARB recognised Part 3 qualification in Architecture
At least 8+ year experience in UK practice, preferably in high-end residential or heritage sectors
Proficient in ArchiCAD, Photoshop, InDesign and MS Office
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead large design teams across complex projects
Strong planning, sustainable design and UK building regulation knowledge
Outstanding technical design and detailing skills with ability to articulate high-quality and detailed schemes, thinking and working directly within a 3D BIM environment
Experience in delivery of projects through RIBA stages 4-7, including production and coordination of all project’s drawings and information
Hands on experience with site inspections, running meetings and an intimate knowledge of JCT contract administration
Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects with high degrees of accuracy
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken
