We are looking to recruit Clinical Pharmacists who will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role in the Primary Care Networks (PCN). Doncaster has six PCNs; Central, East, North, North West, South, and 4Doncaster. The role will be working within a great team including a senior pharmacist who will provide clinical supervision and day to day support and four pharmacy technicians. The role involves all aspects of pharmacist support including liaison with community pharmacy. This role will be based working within The North West Primary Care Network.
