What You Will Do:
1. Manage the stock of materials on site, guaranteeing availability to meet production requirements.
2. Order all ingredients and packaging, considering lead times and shelf life.
3. Monitor the sales forecast and respond to changes effectively.
4. Build, maintain, and monitor a Bill Of Materials (BOM) spreadsheet, flagging any discrepancies.
5. Liaise with suppliers and manage all ingredient and packaging stock takes, ensuring correct stock rotation.
6. Prepare for new product launches and key events, ensuring all packaging is in place to meet deadlines.
What You Will Bring:
1. Proven experience in stock control and replenishment practices, ideally within the food industry.
2. Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
3. Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
4. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
5. High standard of IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
