As a company that is on a hyper grow th trend we are hiring an experienced, creative, digital marketing team leader specializing in Social Media with strong, diverse management experience to join a rapidly evolving team. As the successful candidate, you know that there is more to social media marketing than trying to execute viral content. Different social platforms have different user consumption behaviors and you are an expert in identifying the right strategy for the right med ium for the right audience type and guiding your team through execution of those plans. You have a proven track record of identifying social media marketing opportunities and can, from idea to action, lead your team to campaign development and execution by social touchpoint. You will have creative, strategic and communications skills with dedicated experience growing international social media accounts (both existing and start-up-based), and possess in-depth knowledge of social i-gaming marketing principles. As the Social Media Team Leader on our marketing team, you will have demonstrated the ability to collaborate seamlessly with other stakeholders and team leaders ; Demand Generation, Conversion Optimization, Search Engine Optimization, Content Marketing and Creative Services. You believe in coaching, developing and supporting your team and are constantly striving for ways to improve personally. The successful candidate will: Support your team in creating, managing and executing social strategies by guiding the overall brand initiatives into campaigns on appropriate social media channels. Ensure your team specialist c reate, curate, develop and manage social content (digital images, photography, video and copy). Oversee proof-reading and approval of monthly social calendars, adhering to brand voice and tone. Development of social media playbooks and posting calendars for each brand to ensure continuity of efforts and deploying central thematic stories. Review monthly/quarterly/annual reports and planning before sending to senior management, and be able to respond to any questions about the plans from HoM, commercial, mELT or exco. Oversee the deployment of influencer marketing strategies that expand user base and create excitement. W ork in collaboration with all other team leads for a unified, 360 approach to brand message distribution. Contribute to the development of meaningful, shareable content that incites action and engagement. Weekly and monthly editoria l calendar approval. Look for non-traditional opportunities for brand distribution. Collaborate closely with content and SEO team leads for unified distribution of content and link building opportunities. M aintain up-to-date analytics and reports on all accounts, with continuous optimization toward key audiences and objectives. Research and social auditing for various industries and segments. Daily monitoring and engaging within social specialists, with continuous optimization and recommendations. Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence analysis. Ongoing analysis of social data and metrics; issuing weekly, monthly and yearly reports and executing appropriate strategies and recommendations for improvement. Creating benchmarks and forecasts by campaign. K eeping abreast of all industry trends, insights, topics and best practices with monthly memos. Weekly one-one sessions with social specialists, and weekly team meetings to share updates and best practices. Monthly tracking of budgets, KPIs, and agency/specialists performance against PORs. Trouble-shooting issues when they arise, seeking the best solution for the brand, not just the social team Social listening monitoring through Talkwalker to track brand sentiment, identify influencers, and provide insight to senior management. Performance reviews with the social specialists, including issuing Performance Improvement Plans where required. Solid knowledge of sportsbook and casino online marketing, preferable for an offshore brand. Social vendor sourcing and onboarding where required. Business case support and reviews before sending to commercial for approval. Act as point of contact during site outage issues for the social team. Work with the CS team to support player satisfaction. Support efforts on expanding brand community initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess: 4 years in a similar capacity with a medium to large scale Marketing organization. Bachelor ’ s degree or equivalent work experience. Deep knowledge of all social media platforms (including but not limited to Faceboo k, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and YouTube. Demonstrated experience with social media content creation across various channels and media types. Experience utilizing social media management software, such as Iconosquare, as well as social listening tools. Experience building and growing international brands on social media. Strong track record of managing resources including budgets and personnel. Knowledge of online marketing tactics and search marketing fundamentals. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment. Motivated individual, comfortable with rapid changes. Passion for content marketing, social media marketing and SEO analytics. Experience managing multiple projects at the same time and proven time management skills. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
