East Coast College are looking for all the above in our current opportunity for a Lecturer of Biology. As a Biology Lecturer within a highly experienced and supportive curriculum team, your subject skills and knowledge will not only help our Access students to be successful in their qualification, your ability to curate aspirations will help them identify and navigate their next steps. Our Access students are Adults looking to achieve their Level 3 qualification necessary to realise their career goals, many whom you will support with university choices and applications. As the Course Leader, this really in an opportunity for ownership and shaping the course delivery. Key needs from you and the role;
* Degree or higher in Biology
* Ability to engage with Adult and 16-18 students
* Passion and enthusiasm for the subject area and delivery
* Organised and pragmatic approach to administration
