Wescot Credit Services are on the lookout for Call Centre Agents to join our Lloyds Banking Team, starting 24th February 2025. Salary: starting from £24,091 (on a 40 hrs contract). Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus where you could earn around an extra £2000 per year. Shifts: We are open Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturdays 8am - 5pm, you will work on a rotational shift pattern within those hours and work 2 in 4 Saturdays, but don’t worry we’ll give you a day off during the week prior to your Saturday shift. Training: 6 weeks with a dedicated L&D Trainer supporting you. As a Call Centre Agent at Wescot you will: Use your listening skills to determine the needs of each customer you speak with. Use your empathy and resilience skills to talk about difficult subjects and be able to deliver difficult news with care. Tailor affordable repayment plans to help our customers on the road to financial recovery. Handle inbound and outbound calls. Provide exceptional customer service via telephone.
