Customer Service Planner role waiting to be filled.
Venn Group have been approached by a Private Company to introduce the following available position:
Position: Senior Customer Service Planner
Location: Beeston Hybrid (2 Days WFH, 3 Days office)
Length: Permanent
Salary: £25,000-£26,000
Hours: 37.5 p/week, 8:30am-5pm
The role will predominantly involve:
* Senior role in a team of 4
* Work closely with management in the assistance and management of planning to ensure efficiency in the system
* Deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
* Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy
* Taking/making inbound and outbound calls ensuring customer service levels are maintained to a high standard
* Liaising with engineers
* Performing additional ad hoc admin duties
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a Customer Service Office-Based role and be available at short notice.
