What do I do as a Business Development Executive?
Working as a Business Development Executive, your role will be to prospect potential new clients across different industries.
Using a range of methods such as phonecalls, emails, video messaging, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and more - you'll be given access to the highest quality technology to support your sales growth.
The aim is to convert your prospects into long-standing relationships in any industry across the UK. Any accounts that you bring to the company, stay as your own and as your business grows the focus will shift more onto account and relationship management.
How am I trained and developed?
This is an entry level role, with no prior experience required. Your first 3 months will be primarily focused on learning your product range, your client base and sales theory. During this time you will start to make sales calls whilst receiving regular coaching and feedback to help perfect your sales pitch.
Once you are competent at making sales calls and familiar with your offering your KPIs and targets will ramp up steadily as you seek out new business opportunities, seeing the opportunity to earn commission grow.
