They serve a diverse range of industries, including Engineering, Aerospace, Automotive, Oil and Gas, and more. They are looking for a skilled machinist to join their friendly team who can add value to their machine shop.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operate CNC milling (Heidenhain) to produce high-quality parts based on engineering drawings and specifications.
2. Offline and online programming
3. 4 axis milling
4. Write and modify CNC programs - Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and workpieces for machining operations.
5. Conduct regular quality checks during machining, ensuring that all parts meet the required tolerances and specifications. Use measuring tools such as micrometers, callipers, and gauges to inspect finished products.
