Senior Lending Product Manager Location: Leicester, Manchester or Reading (hybrid working) Salary: £55,000-£70,000pa We are looking for someone to be responsible for the bank’s lending product strategy, including ownership of Asset Finance and Real Estate finance products. The ideal candidate would deliver our commercial targets in conjunction with key stakeholders across the bank. You would be an effective first line of defence, meeting all regulatory, risk and compliance requirements in a timely fashion. Including ownership of the lending customer, including the active management of existing customer relationships. If you have extensive experience of product management in Asset Finance and/or Real Estate Finance, then we would love to hear from you About you For this role you will need the following skills and experience: Excellent market knowledge for Asset Finance and/or Real Estate Finance. Broad knowledge of product management principles with the ability to apply these flexibly to meet business needs. Ability to plan and prioritise to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded. Comprehensive understanding of Conduct Risk and Treating Customers Fairly requirements. Negotiation and relationship management skills. Budget management experience desirable.
