The Role
Winterbourne Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Data and Exam Administrator to join our friendly team. The data and Exams team is an essential part of the school's success, ensuring that students have a smooth and calm exams' experience as well as enabling all staff to track and easily access each students' needs, progress and information.
In this role, you will be responsible for dealing with student data, coordinating exam schedules, and ensuring the successful operation of our academic processes. Key responsibilities will include:
1. Maintaining accurate student records and data
2. Coordinating and scheduling exams
3. Assisting with the administration of exam procedures
4. Providing support to staff and students regarding data and exam-related queries
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have a strong academic background, demonstrated by achieving 5 or more GCSEs at grade C or above (including Mathematics and English) or equivalent qualifications.
2. Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
4. Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred.
