This role covers: South Wales / South West / West Midlands
The Opportunity:
You'll take charge of an experienced external sales team, driving turnover and margin across a key region. From team development and key account management to strategy execution and customer success, this role has real scope and impact.
You'll spend time in the field, build strong client relationships, and ensure your team delivers a "best-in-class" service. You'll also play a hands-on role in shaping commercial plans, identifying new opportunities, and reporting performance directly to the senior leadership team.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience managing sales teams in FMCG, foodservice or bakery
Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive margin
Exceptional communication, coaching, and negotiation skills
A customer-first mindset with a passion for results
Confident with data, KPIs and reporting
Valid UK driving licence
