Trainee Learning Support Assistant
Location: Bridgend
Hours: 8:30 – 15:30 (Term Time Only)
Pay: £13.70p/hr
Start: From March 3rd
Teaching Personnel are recruiting people who are passionate about education and working with children in secondary schools in the Bridgend area to support pupils aged 11-16.
As a Trainee Learning Support Assistant, you will be provided with complimentary yet compulsory online safeguarding training courses to complete whilst registering with Teaching Personnel, followed by a trial placement in a local secondary school. After a successful trial, you will then be able to be offered positions in secondary schools, with your dedicated consultant preparing you for success!

As a Trainee Learning Support Assistant, you will complete comprehensive induction training including: Introduction to being a Teaching Assistant, Level 2 Safeguarding, KCSIE (Keeping Children Safe in Education), and Positive Behaviour training.
