We are looking for a Programme Manager to join us in our development programme team. Leading both Programme and Administration Teams you’ll be tasked with ensuring high quality of service the teams provide to the wider Development team. You’ll be the go-to person, for queries and support on all matters relating to development software, compliance for audit, governance and risk purposes in relation to the delivery of our new homes including overseeing a programme of audits. What you’ll be doing You’ll be leading a team of 5 colleagues, so being able to work flexibly and prioritise their and your own workload will be a requirement. You will be supporting our Dev & Sales Admin Team, to ensure high quality of service, ensuring priority tasks are completed in a timely manner. The role will include you leading and coaching our Procedure and Compliance Administrators, you’ll be working with them closely to ensure data is captured from the team, best practice is being followed and you'll ensure compliance checks are in place. As a Programme & Administrator Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing a system first approach to development processes and providing training to the team on new processes and systems. You’ll need to learn and provide support to the team for specific Development software, SDS Sequel and Proval, Microsoft Sharepoint, and Homes England Investment Management System to name a few. You will be collaborating with colleagues in our development, land, and finance teams and further afield into the wider Group to investigate and understand processes which dovetail into our own, to drive a systems first approach for the team. You’ll work alongside and support colleagues to ensure outputs are accurate for reporting and business purposes internally and to external stakeholders. You’ll work closely with the Head of Development Programme on a wide range of tasks, from data analysis and report writing, to participating in brainstorming sessions so you’ll need great attention to detail, the ability to analyse information, and the ability to think outside of the box. This role will take ownership of implementing a robust audit process to ensure compliance with internal requirement and Homes England Capital Funding Guide, promoting best practice to ensure compliance within the team and you'll be responsible for ensuring procedural forms and processes are managed and updated accordingly. About you To succeed in this role you’ll have some knowledge of the current legislation in relation to the development process including Homes England Audit & Compliance funding requirements alongside an understanding of governance, risk and audit. You’ll be educated to GCSE standard, with grade C / level 5 passes in English and Maths and you’ll be a strong user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. We are looking for someone who can analyse data, summarising this into a clear, concise, written format for internal reporting. Who can piece together the puzzle of our organisational processes and investigate software to simplify and improve our processes. You’ll need a full, UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes. And you'll be ideally located to meet with the team who are based in Wiltshire and Somerset.
