Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future staffing needs. Develop and implement job descriptions, effective sourcing and recruitment strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to attract top talent. Candidate Sourcing Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks, to source qualified candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical roles. Screening and Interviewing Review CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial telephone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and participate in in-depth interviews with hiring managers. Candidate Experience Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Communicate promptly and professionally with all applicants. Provide feedback to candidates at each stage of the recruitment cycle. Employer Branding Promote the company as an employer of choice through branding initiatives. Represent the organisation at careers fairs, networking events, and online platforms. Compliance and Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities. Ensure compliance with employment laws, equal opportunities regulations, and company policies. Provide recruitment metrics and reports to management. Requirements Qualifications and Skills Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in an internal or corporate setting. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment best practices. Attributes: Results-driven and detail-oriented.
