Administrator
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our residents and colleagues.
* Key responsibilities:
* * Providing administrative support to the management team and other colleagues as required
* * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
* * Handling correspondence and phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
* * Assisting with the preparation of reports and other documents as needed
Requirements:
* Experience:
* * Previous administrative experience, preferably in a care or healthcare setting
* Skills:
* * Excellent communication and organizational skills
* * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
* Qualifications:
* * NVQ or equivalent in administration or a related field
